SAROTA PR announces changes to its board. Katarzyna Sarota becomes the new CEO of the agency, having previously served as the COO. Joining the board as Vice President is Jakub Misiura, who also leads the digital marketing department. Piotr Sarota, the agency’s founder and longtime CEO, will continue to be a consultant for both the team and clients.

Katarzyna Sarota has been associated with SAROTA PR since its inception. Previously, as the Chief Operating Officer, she was responsible for finance, HR, and client services. In her new role as CEO, her primary focus is to maintain the agency’s strong reputation earned over 17 years on the market. She comments, “Our customer satisfaction surveys indicate that we are trusted and highly regarded by our clients. We aim to be a competent and effective partner in the field of public relations and digital marketing.”

Building and developing the team is also a crucial aspect for the new CEO. “We want to create an inspiring work environment where everyone feels valued and has the opportunity to realize their individual potential. I particularly encourage creativity and unconventional thinking to craft PR campaigns that stand out on the market. We seek to engage the team in a dialogue about values and their significance in our work,” she emphasizes. Additionally, she plans to promote activities related to corporate social responsibility and media training for the agency’s development.

Jakub Misiura assumes the position of Vice President within the company. He has been working at SAROTA PR since 2013 and has been the head of the digital marketing department since 2021. He is responsible for the development of digital marketing services and the team involved in their implementation. He is also involved in optimizing and automating the agency’s internal technological processes, especially considering the challenges of the post-pandemic era and scaling the company.

His responsibilities also include the development of the agency’s PR tools called “Relations,” which facilitate managing journalist contacts, distributing press materials, and analysing results. He is also responsible for administrative tasks, internal communication, and the processes related to acquiring new clients.

Katarzyna Sarota is a wife and mother of three daughters. To balance the demands of her professional role with conscious parenting, she finds energy in daily jogging and regular swimming. Mountain trips are an excellent way for her to spend her free time. Jakub Misiura enjoys traveling, attending classical music concerts, programming, and deepening his knowledge of new technologies in his spare time.
